Seaview Resort Seychellen – Anse Louis, Seychelles

Overview:

Horwath HTL was engaged to prepare a Financial Feasibility Study for the Seaview Resort Seychelles Project on Mahe, and to provide recommendations on the development concept.  Furthermore, a professional hotel management company needed to be sourced for the future operation of the resort.  Upon completion, the hotel is envisioned to comprise 52 keys, international Food & Beverage outlets, a Spa and one Beachclub.

Solution:

Our services comprised a full Market Analysis and Financial Hotel Feasibility Study to determine if the proposed hotel is viable and economically feasible for the market at the proposed investment costs. After evaluating the current market condition and the competitive set, our team proposed an alternate facility programme and prepared a project valuation. Subsequently, the search for an internationally renowned Hotel Management Company was acomplished through a tender process.

Implementation:

Sourcing the funding of the project is currently ongoing.
