Pradas Resort – Brigels Switzerland
Overview:
In support of the management team’s pre-opening work, the investor at Pradas Resort assigned Horwath HTL to provide recommendations on Sales & Marketing strategy, as well as to review and adjust the financial forecast and budget for the first operating year. The Resort under construction comprises 83 vacation homes, a large KidsClub and Wellness area.
Solution:
We provided guidance and assistance on Sales and Marketing processes, systems and channels focusing on target groups and markets. Furthermore, we reviewed the staff roster, and helped prepare a monthly and seasonal budget for controlling purposes. A review of the proposed rent completed our scope of consulting services.
Implementation: The resort opened by the end of 2015 and has achieved its budgeted result in the first operating year.
