Overview

The client’s existing project had to be revised after the adoption of the second home initiative in Switzerland. It resulted in one of the first new hotel projects in Switzerland under the application of the new second home law. All apartments were sold off plan and the hotel cross-subsidized with the proceeds. It comprises 87 rooms in the 3* star segment, 11 managed apartments and 5 second homes.

Managing Partner, Andrea Jörger, was allowed to accompany the project since 2015 – from the feasibility, the operator search, the owner representation during the planning and construction phase as well as the pre-opening.

Implementation

The hotel opened in December 2022.
