Strategic Advice – Pre-Opening Assistance – Brigels, Switzerland

Overview: To support the team in its pre-opening work, the investor assigned Horwath HTL to provide recommendations on Sales & Marketing strategy, as well as review and adjust the financial forecast and budget for the first operating year for the 83 key vacation home resort under construction.
Solution: We provided guidance and advice on Sales and Marketing processes, systems and channels focusing on target groups and markets. Furthermore we reviewed the staff roster, and helped prepare a monthly and seasonal budget for controlling purposes. A review of the proposed rent completed our scope of work.
Implementation: The resort opened by the end of 2015 and has achieved its budgeted result in the first operating year.
